Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for general sale from Gene Martino Online. Pre-order items are stocks that are not on hand and therefore, have to wait for around 1 to 2 weeks to receive the items.

Beauty of Texture Pre-Order will start from 18.09.2021 (12.00 am) until 29.09.2021 (11.59 pm).

Availability

Release dates are decided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

Shipping

Please note that you may have to pay a separate fee for pre-order products as the pre-orders will be shipped separately to the rest of the available items, or any other pre-orders (which may be available for delivery at different times). If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

Delivery

This item is not guaranteed due to manufacturing delays and other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to keep you informed.  Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. 

Once we have received a shipment from the manufacturer, we aim to ship your pre-ordered item within 3-5 working days. 

Payment

Payment for your item will be taken at the time of your order.

Pre-order Payments do not guarantee availability.

Cancellations

At GENEMARTINO.COM.MY, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that the item, color, size, quantity, and address are correct before making full payment.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Please check the website for updates.
